Join us every 3rd Wednesday for Congregational Zumba — a fun, faith-friendly fitness experience for all ages and fitness levels! This upbeat class combines easy-to-follow Zumba moves with encouraging music, laughter, and community connection.
No dance experience is needed – just bring comfortable clothes, a bottle of water, and a willingness to move. Come shake off stress, strengthen your body, and enjoy fellowship as we honor God by taking care of our health together.
When: Every 3rd Wednesday of the month
Who: Open to all (men, women, teens, and seniors)
What to Expect: Joyful music, simple choreography, low- and high-impact options, and a welcoming, judgment-free environment.
